I've been using AVG for 4 years, I have tried others but I've reverted back to AVG.
They did have quite a few probs with the new version not so long ago, I think it put a few people off their software, but now there back in force.
The best & it's free.
4 years of hassle free operation on my PC, well happy bunny
Well recommended
The idiosyncratic syntax of riddles interests me
I just use the ZoneAlarm suite AV program now days
I think it is Etrust antivirus or somthing
Why isnt "clamwin" anti virus on the list?
I use it along with avg and yes...... its open source....and free!
h**p://www.clamwin.com/
(change the "**" to....tt)
PS.... it will pick up on items that avg does not.
(it is for windows users)

ClamWin Free Antivirus comes with an easy installer and open source code at no cost. It features:
* Scanning Scheduler;
* Automatic Virus Database Updates. ClamAV team updates Virus Databases on a regular basis and almost immediately after a new virus/variant is out;
* Standalone Virus Scanner;
* Context Menu Integration to Microsoft Windows Explorer;
* Addin to Microsoft Outlook.
The latest version of Clamwin Free Antivirus is 0.87.1
Please note that ClamWin Free Antivirus does not include an on-access real-time scanner, that is, you need to manually scan a file in order to detect a virus. Microsoft Outlook Addin, however will delete a virus-infected attachment automatically.
BTW...... Norton is a huge system hog...... the worst I have ever seen.....

I use AVG, i've tried others like panda, but AVG is the best.
Am I the only one that using F-Secure Antivirus 2006??I think is one of the best.
i am using macfee it is very good only thing you need is to register a e-mail account lol
and it does not take much from the RAM
use avg- less resource hogging and easy to use than others.
I like NOD32. I have used Norton and found it to be a HUGE resource hog. NOD works just as good and runs WAY faster!!!
