in home a have 8mbit download and 756k upload speed

but i have a seedbox 100mbit up/down lucky me

I pay for 9mb down and 1mb up but I only get near that during off-peak hours...otherwise I get half that.

I have a 3Mbit Cable line. Unfortunately, my ISP shapes P2P traffic, but uTP takes care of that.
